No, I’m actually a senior and have four exams, so I’ll be kicking myself in two weeks if I don’t just suck it up and get these credits.

what the heck, for some reason i got a damn 2 on the sparknotes, but on my barrons test i do way better? ***!?

Does anyone know the raw score needed to get a 5?

I think it’s around 50, give or take depending on the difficulty of the test.

Keep in mind that the essay has to be high quality as well.

Hmm… I haven’t started studying (we’re taking the makeup test on the 22nd) but on the Practice test we did in class, I got 54/60. So I’ll be fine?

I just took the exam! lol, it wasn’t as hard as I thought it would be… I think I did pretty well on the multiple choice… maybe 50/60 ?
And the free response was pretty good too, except I’m not sure whether I got the House/Senate one right or not…

OMG THAT TEST WAS SO EASY!!!

Wow I am sooooo happy. There was nothing on bureaucracy or anything hard, the MC was so freakin easy. This ROCKS!!!

Can’t talk about the FRQ for another 2 days but they were SUCH common sense

Just took the exam, and I think it was WAY easy. I’m expecting 50+ on MC and as for the FR I think I did well, but I can’t talk about the subject material for two days. ^^; I’m thinking a 5 quite possibly. ^^ Definitely a 4.

There will be an especially harsh curve.

Also - I got an 5 on the APUS Exam, and after taking the SAT II US History, I thought it was very easy and expected nothing but an 800. I got the results back and it turned out to be 760; not bad, but most everyone on CC was shocked how low their scores were for such an easy test.

Be cautiously optimistic.

Blah. messed up on a couple mc looking back now. =[

Yeah, that is true. I still think I did well enough. I’ll just have to try hard not to get too presumptious.

i forgot gfn

Darn :(. Hadn’t really considered that but I think you’re right. Still, I got about 52-56 MC right on my practice tests and don’t think I did any worse on this. Was worried about the essays, but they turned out not to be bad. I was surprised about the lack of specifics.

Wow, that WAS easy. I feel kind of scared though because I don’t feel like I did that well. I didn’t really try thinking too much so maybe I didn’t do as well as I could have. Oh and the first essay was sort of confusing…
The PR book was REALLY good though, I think Barron’s was completely unnecessary.

Here’s to hoping for a 5 on my first ever AP exam.

Hoping for a 5. I’ll be happy with a 4 though. :)

yeah i agree the first question was confusing.

yea i used PR book and it was really good
probably a 4

Did the answer to the first question have something to do with College Confidential’s College Conflicts Contrary Cats Computer?

Isn’t it so weird to think how we score on this one exam with 60 multiple choice questions and a few random paragraphs ends up translating to how many college credits we get for it? It’s just so funny to think about…

By the way, when are we allowed to discuss specific questions on here?

MC questions? Never, unless this year’s exam gets officially released by CB.

FRQs – we can talk about them after 48 hours.

Anyway…that was too easy.
