Why would you say that acceptance rate is 15% for Asian? Are you talking about the Haas program or are you talking about Berkeley as a whole? Because the Asian population on campus is HUGE! If you want to see a small % of acceptance rates then look at African American, Hispanic/Latino, Native American...etc. Those are the ones that have underrepresented areas.</p>

More than half of mine were in progress or planned, so I'm already not expecting to get in.</p>

<p>@hongda: seriously, even those of us who have a 4.0 and such-and-such EC's still get rejected. ppl always come up to me w/alot of confidence and say "oh, you are in for sure!".... but ppl like me (and presumably, you) still worry just the same!!!!! hopefully it's all for nothing, and we go on to spend several years at cal, but one still can't help but worry. hope this makes you feel better and gL!!!!!!</p>
