The best ice cream in the history of the world...

I just bought this Slow Churned Chocolate Caramel Brownie (its chocolate ice cream with chocolate chips, caramel swirls and brownie pieces) ice cream from Breyer's and OH MY GOD IT IS SIMPLY ORGASMIC. I cannot describe to you how awsome this ice cream is. It is almost if you took Godiva chocolate, melted it down, then added caramel to it and froze it, while adding in chocolate chips and brownies. Its just...WOW.

This has surpassed Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia as the best ice cream in the world.

PS: Those who are more health consious (even though the Breyers only 7g of fat per serving, which isnt too bad), Edy's Double Churned is also AWSOME as well.

I

am jealous.

The texture is slightly grainy. I know it is popular stuff but in Philly the best is............http://www.bassettsicecream.com/index.html

I didnt get the sense that it was grainy at all...maybe its because I keep my freezer warmer than most so that the ice cream remains very soft and silky.

"Mouth Feel" is a big part of evaluating ice cream. It is the smooth texture feel in the mouth.......premium ice creams are the smoothest. The new "churned" products are to replicate the soft serve in some cases and in others to produce a smoother texture than was previously possible for low fat products.

Hey if you like it eat the heck outta it. Enjoy.

oh come on! you people know im right here!

or are you all busy going out and buying it?

I have had it and it's amazing to me too, bobbbbb.

I haven't had it. It maybe sounds a bit too chocolatey for me, but I do love brownies in icecream.

I hate when people say that.

You can never have too much chocolate!

yeah I actually don't like chocolate that much. But this is really good.

I'm willing to give it a try. I'm fine with too much chocolate as long as I can have milk with it.

Milk with ice cream? thats like double dairy! weird.

Too chocolatey is just a lie perpetrated by Vanilla ice cream.

lablondie you do that too? I put milk in the bowl with the ice cream.

I do that sometimes, but I meant to wash the chocolate down.

What the hell is wrong with you people? milk with ice cream? have a damn shake! milk to wash down chocolate, im drinking pepsi.

haha.

oh. Never done that. But yeah, the milk in the bowl is really good. :)

why not just have a thick shake?

lol. I guess I could. :) But would rather have ice cream in a bowl with milk in it.

THE BEST ICE CREAM IS (WAS) LIME ICE CREAM! grocery stores don't have it any more here :( it was greeen, and even though it was sunny select (kind of generic brand) it was REALLY good!

I like grape nut ice cream...yummy...

bobbobbob that ice cream flavor or monstrosity that you listed in the first post is too much for me :p
