The best UC for Econometrics - Undergraduate

...WTH is he doing in your program stealing your gradezorz for? He must be stopped!

My roommate has a BA in math, and while I'm sitting there trying to figure out how the integrals work in the logit models, he's off modeling stuff and zipping along on Stata. It's not fair.

Granted, he also studies 5+ hours a day. I study 2-3 at the most. I just can't do it anymore. Bad sign that I'm burnt out at 23? Good thing I didn't go for the PhD programs...I'd be getting a pity MA in no time!

well, according to him, he's got no intuition as to how prices work, or something to that effect. Now, I'm not sure if this will help him or not, but we shall see. I think he's probably been in the top two or three grades on every exam thus far. Its a killer grade wise, but overall it doesn't matter much.

I've effectively got a BS in math, so its not the math that's a killer for me. Its a time thing. Truth be told, I'm a little burned out too, but I think that even if I wasn't I'd still get beasted by the kids that spend 60 hrs a week studying.

I was when I finished undergrad, but I didn't bust my ass for four years to give up now. Slow down perhaps, but not give up. There's no shame in being tired of school. It happens, just don't give up.

Hey, and look at it this way, at least your end is in sight. I've got another four years. ;)

The sad part? I'll probably get paid more with just an MA.
