What are the odds that we will win, considering we haven't been doing as well as in the past? Any football fans out there?

The more serious factor is not our consistency, it is the unusually good 'Furd performance recently. They smashed USC, scoring the highest points against them EVER and at USC’s home too.

Odds against are not a prediction of results, however. Upsets and surprises happen which is what make athletic events interesting.

Uhm not that high. More than likely, we’ll lose unless by some freak chance that our defense happens to step up, which is very unlikely. Our defense sucks balls much more than last year’s. Not to mention, Best will either not play or if he does, he won’t be at his best coming back since the concussion. That and yeah, Stanford’s doing well too … dark horse of the Pac-10. Our best bet really is to have it rain, which then would definitely be a toss-up. hehe

the spread is stanfurd -7.5. so it’s possible for sure.
