I submitted my application on October 28th. I received an email on November 3rd for an interview, which will take place next week. I live in an area in California with several alumni.

Calm down. I didn’t get a call about my interview until November 15th or so, and I live in the Bay Area, CA. It just takes time for this process to happen.

I can still send in everything tonight right? I was just waiting to read over everything. When they say 11/07, they mean by 12:00 tonight, so I have the next three some hours to send, right?

Hey - I just read something that said Brown no longer posts admission decisions online? Does that mean we have to wait for the letter, or is there an ‘unofficial’ decision posted online?

I posted this in a different thread, but I guess I can ask this here.

If I remember correctly, the admissions rate of ED was roughly 18%. Does anyone know what the deferral (and therefore the denial) rate for ED is?

For 2012, 19% were accepted ED, but subtracting about 160 athletes, the acceptance rate is more like 13%. Over 2000 were deferred, which is about 70% (which isn’t very nice because they end up rejecting most of those deferred later anyways). This leaves about 11% rejected.

And SAT scores can take up to 2 weeks and they may not update your file immediately so I wouldn’t worry yet.
