Wow, you have a class in CHS?
Bunche to CHS will probably take you a while, unless you’re a pretty quick walker (I would guestimate 10 minutes).
You can go through the court of sciences, into Life Sciences and over into CHS (there’s a walkway connecting the two buildings on multiple floors).

The newer buildings are on the edge of campus, but you can get to most stuff with a few minutes, brisk walking. Its funny how UCLA is so huge around, but if you’re on the inside of campus, you end up having all of these quick walks everywhere.

haha i am bringing a bike, but people have told me there’s a bunch of hills and stairs so it might not be the most pleasant ride. I’m also really scared my bike is going to get stolen… it’s brand new and pretty nice =/ i’m thinking of bringing two U-locks and maybe take the front wheel out at night…

You’ll probably use the bike more off-campus. Westwood is not always easy to bike around, but there a billion great places to bike in the areas surrounding.

haha, thats around 20-25 minutes. A few buddies from my orientation group and I made an attempt to get there 30 minutes before closing time on day 2. We made it there, but it was like a 20min line – on a Thursday!.
