<p>You're leaving out the largest category of investment management, which encompasses mutual funds, pension funds, other long-only asset management firms, all of which are sophisticated investors with a similar client base as hedge funds with much more money under management (ie, Fidelity, MFS, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Asset Management, etc).</p>
