<p>Depends on the testing center. Usually there are so many students, they wouldn’t bother make you clear them out. Personally, i didn’t have to when i took the ACT.</p>

<p>Just program/download any formulas you might think you need. Little stuff like having the distance and quadratic formulas to big stuff like triangle solvers saves you a lot of time.</p>

<p>You can simply write the program- not sure if that follows ACT ethics though.</p>
