The Cliche "What are my chance?"

I applied Early to Dartmouth and I find out the results on Friday. I am really anticipating the letter and have been going crazy on forums like these asking and reading posts.

Here are my statistics:

GPA: 5.178/ 5 scale
ACT: 31/ 11 Writing
Sat IIs: Math II 710, Lit 650

Extracurricular: I am a national debater. I have had a lot of success in the activity and my essay is even about how much debate has influenced my life. I went to the Tournament of Champions last year and am almost quallified to go again this year. I have been getting top speaker at some tournaments this year and went to Nationals and did exceptional last year.

I also tutor underpriveledged kids and have a list of community activities I have participated in.

Obviously this isn't all of what is actually on my resume/ app
but as far as 2015 ED Dartmouth decisions go, how high/low are my chances

Dgirl, Most of us on here are in the same boat as you. Some will say your SAT’s are low, some will say your EC’s are great blah blah blah. But in the end… none of us can really say they understand the minds of the admission committee. My college counselor at a top prep school even says he can’t predict with any reliability the results of admissions decisions. We just have to accept that we did our best, celebrate if the news is good, and move on if the news is disappointing. It is really interesting to hear some of these Admissions directors speak and I’m paraphrasing, but what I’ve heard on 3 separate occasions… (Yale, Middlebury, Stanford) Is that when they look at their applicant pool they could easily choose 3 full classes without degrading the quality of their overall student body. Good Luck on Friday … We’re all in this game together!
