<p>Learning with and playing with a diverse community of students your age with a minimum of restrictions on your behavior. Awesomeness</p>
<p>Maturing through self control, time management, and temptation management.</p>
<p>Seems like it would be different at different schools?</p>
<p>I’d say it would change based on the person. Most College’s have enough opportunity to make your ‘experience’ into whatever you want it to be.

greek life, pledging, rush, brothers, mixers, formals
cramming for hard classes, and having fun at the right times
walking around to random partys with your hallmates first semester freshman year
IM sports
football/frisby on the quad
being with intellectual people you can have interesting conversations with, but not be totally lame
delivery pizza and sandwiches
Realizing how cool high school wasn’t
hating or loving your roommate
tailgate
hours in the library
drinking games
well, that’s my college experience at least and I got no complaints</p>
