<p>Just to let you know, this will go by much faster if you DON'T keep track.</p>

<p>I know, it's hard- I remember waiting last year, it was a nightmare- but counting off the days one by one will make it take longer. Particularly when you get down to the last ten days- believe me, those take forever.</p>

<p>Really- you shouldn't be counting down.</p>

<p>no i think it's been so fast. i remember my friend and i started at something like 60. and it's already 28.</p>

<p>even if the last 10 days or so feels like forever, i wouldnt consider it a nightmare. waiting for something isnt necessarily a bad experience. even though there is no guaranteed outcome, i think we can all relish the moments of difficult waiting and take something out of this whole process.</p>

<p>i think counting down on a thread like this is good because lets face it, we're all a little bit nervous about this. but now we know that there are other ppl who are going thru the same feelings of anxiety as us.</p>

<p>i dont know about the rest of you guys but ill be counting down till 5pm on dec 15th. we only get to do it once.</p>

<p>yeah. honestly, I would use this time to work on other apps. If you are admitted, you can have a great time throwing them out and disposing of them in any manner you wish if you have decided that you are matriculating at Harvard, and if you are deferred/rejected/unsure about Harvard as the college of your choice, you have a headstart on winter break.</p>
