<p>i just visited berkeley today!! i am somewhat swayed!!! ahh, 6 more days. BY THE WAY–my friend told me decisions were released on the morning of the decision day (not in the “evening” as the website actually says). just saying :)</p>

<p>okay I like a total time waster looked at the berkeley threads from last year. apparently it was like 2pm. so maybe “waking up on early christmas afternoon” :)</p>

<p>Hey guys! Finally back lol. The UCLA rejection killed my College Conf. motivation :(. Now I’m seriously terrified for Berkeley…actually that’s probably an understatement.</p>
<p>After seeing so many kids being rejected from UCLA for not having taken prereqs not offered at their school, I’m freaking out.</p>
<p>I have 0/3 prereqs done for UCB philosophy…but none are offered anywhere near me. I’ve gotten A’s in every other phil class, and have a great upward trend. But none of it will matter if the emphasis is on my lack of prereqs. There’s just nothing i could have done though :/.</p>
<p>After being rejected from UCLA with a 3.7+, I’ve been pretty distraught. I know that one shouldn’t take it personally, but I’d be lying if I said that I haven’t been. </p>
<p>I’ve composed an appeal letter that I think is pretty compelling and clears up any ambiguity, but who knows what admissions will think.</p>
<p>I’m just praying hardcore for Cal. God. What’s sick is I don’t even know what I’ll do if I don’t get in. I’m not content with Davis or SD. I know both are great schools, but I don’t feel that great about either one. </p>
<p>Sorry, I just had to vent for a minute. I thought a couple days away would help, but it hasn’t :(. I feel like these prereqs that I don’t have/couldn’t get are going to prevent any chance of being admitted. </p>
