The December SAT and College SAT Deadlines

I did poorly on the October SAT, so I'm going to retake the test December. The December scores should be coming out on the 24th of December. Will there be enough time to turn in the scores to Colleges that have deadlines on the 31st of that month or on the 1st of January?

I'm not to clear with this :(

I’m also taking it in December and I’m wondering the same thing.

As far as I know, I’m in California, the deadline is November 30, according to the woman I just spoke to at UC Berkeley’s Office of Freshman Admissions, you have until December 11 to submit test scores and if scores get there after December 11, they may still be considered as part of your application, but it’s recommended that you take them early enough for scores to be reported by December 11. However, many private schools have later deadlines so you should be okay for privates.

I think you are wrong^

The deadline for some UC’s is December 30th/January 1st while for others such as UCI it is January 15th. November 30th is only the application deadline. You can take the SAT in December but you would probably want to send the scores with rush delivery before you get them.

You said you talked to Berkley and they said December 11th?? Really?

yep that’s what they said at the admissions office.

i will suggest you to use rush reporting to send sat scores.

I think the four free score reports would get to the school in time, I don’t know about sending after you find out.

MIT and some other colleges (the ones whose website i’ve visited) accepted SAT score until the january sitting
