Please help me!!!

What is each one?
Does one increase your chances of getting into college?
Is it ok if I do regular decision?
Am I not allowed to apply to other schools if I apply early action/decision to a particular school?

You can only apply to one school early decision and the app is usually due in November. Pros: find if you get in earlier, admissions boost Cons: if accepted you must attend, can’t compare financial aid

Early action is just like early decision except you don’t have to attend if accepted. You can apply to one school ed and multiple schools ea (unless its single choice early action). Ea doesn’t give an admissions boost.

Regular decision is due in January.

You can apply whenever, just consider your situation. If you are looking for merit aid, early is probably not for you. If you are set on a school that is a bit of a reach, ed is good. If your list is fine and your apps are done by November, ea is great.

I was just wondering about this yesterday! This helped explain everything:
