Yeah 92-100 is an A at my school. 91.5 is the lowest grade one can have for an A though (rounds up obviously). I was so lucky last semester. I got a 91.51 in AP English Lit and a 91.6 in AP Chem. Any "A" is a 4.0 at my school. +, -, and % don't matter, which I am thankful for. That way, all I have to worry about is getting a 91.5. I don't want to have to worry about getting the highest % grade I can get.

I got a 91.3% in Driver's Ed. my sophomore year. That class was ridiculous.

That was the killer of my GPA talk about jumping from a 3.7 to like what, a 3.3!? Last quarter in science, I was made since I literally missed the A by 1 POINT!

Right now I have a 93.2 in AP Spanish. Which SUCKS, but I just took a final today and I'm praying to god that I got an A.
To make matters worse I have a 92 in physics. My grade is also hinging on what I get on my final.

most teachers here are pretty easy, with 92.5 being an A. There are two cases with 93.5 being an A, and an epic fail anomaly of 96.0 being an A(cuts down the number of vals from 10 to 5 as 4.0 is relatively easy here)

My freshman English teacher was simply retarded. He wouldn't round up my 89.86% just because he wouldn't give ANYONE in his classes an A. And now I'm stuck with a B+ and a B on my transcript in English 9 that I really didn't deserve. Ughh.

My Spanish teacher today told me with a straight face that her grading system was accurate to within 1/100 of a percentage point, and that a 90.00 is an A student, and an 89.99 is a B student. We had a slight argument. Teachers should be forced to take statistics classes, especially dumbass foreign language teachers.

Also, sometimes our teachers bump our grades if we're close to the next letter grade. Don't feel bad. I'm sure sometimes you've gotten a 93.1, barely making the better grade.

I wouldn't be mad if I hadn't gotten a B because of my "Participation" and "Daily work" grades. She pretty much uses them to fuck over students she doesn't like.

Oh, and my school doesn't have pluses or minuses, so it's all or nothing. 80.00 is the same as 89.99

Our school actually uses numbers instead of letter grades. And it might come down to the 89.x again, because I just took my midterm for Algebra, and if I get a 90.5, which will round to a 91, I can get a 90 for the term crosses fingers

My {college} Spanish teacher is amazing in a bad way. She only grades 2/16 assignments in the class (The rest are multiple choice the computer grades automatically). However, if you average the class average for every grade in the gradebook (AKA the average finally grade). It is always a 70.

All you guys have it easy, 95+ for an A over here. No pluses or minuses, but then again my school doesn't use a four point scale. And this marking period my lowest grade is a 94. At least i deserve it though, I turned a couple things in late (laziness, not forgetfulness) and it brought me down from a 97.
