<p>For the teacher recommendation letter, do you provide the huge yello envelope or the regular sized white envelope.</p>

<p>I know for the one I did for Stanford, it says “9x12” envelope (the big kind). But it may be different for different schools. Have you considered asking them to submit the rec. online?</p>
<p>I would think that, unless specified otherwise, the white envelope should be fine. You can always double check with your guidance counselor.</p>
<p>Unless the school specifies the exact size of envelope (like Stanford’s insistence on a large 9"x12"), the regular white business letter size envelope is fine for the teacher recs.</p>
