Hmm, they say it takes 3-4 weeks for the scores to reach the institutions we selected---> so if i chose the 4 schools (free) before i take the test, how long does it take to reach those schools? I mean, if I take the SAT on Oct 14 and I have chosen 4 schools (free) I want to send my score, at what time are my scores supposed to reach those schools? (coz I'm an ED I applicant and my school choice's deadline is Nov 15 so I dunno if they will receive my score on time)

Does anyone know how much $ does it cost to send our SAT score to one school ? I'm a little bit confused, since a couple of days ago I heard someone say with only 9$ we can send our score to EVERY school we like to. But I highly doubt that. 9$ for ONLY ONE school or for every school we wanna send to ? Can anyone help clear this up for me ?

Another question: if the deadline of school is Jan 1st, would it be late if I ask CB to send my scores to these schools at the beginning of Dec ? I definitely read somewhere that admission officiers don't read application till Feb
Thanks in advance ;)

Well, I'm once again baffled by this score report thing. I seem to be up the creek just now

As we all know, an official report sent to colleges includes scores from all the kind of SAT you have sat for ( SAT I & II ). So, if I take the SAT II in Oct and send score to 4 colleges free of charge, then I take the SAT I in Nov and continue to send my Nov score to four colleges as Oct, will there be a repetition ? I mean the Nov reports will include both Oct n Nov's scores, so does it mean my SAT II scores will be sent twice to the four listed colleges ? What must I do to make best use of the "free of charge" thing ?

Hope my question is not too ambiguous :). Thanks a bunch ! ;)

Yes, if you send the scores from October and then from November, there will be duplicate reporting. But it doesn't matter to the colleges.

If you have 4 schools that you don't care about getting the November scores, send them in November and then the others in November.

You can also take the SAT I in October, send it to schools that don't require the SAT IIs, and then take the IIs in November and send to the 4 schools or so that do require IIs.
