The GPA averages - How much higher for competitive Business Econ majors?

Basically lets take an example, say UCSB's business econ program.

We look at the UCSB transfer profile (just google it) and can see that the mean GPA for accepted transfers is | 3 . 1 |

So since I know that business is more competitive, how much higher is the mean gpa for transferring into that major? 3.3? 3.5?

PS if you're experienced and can help me, rate my chances (/10) of getting into the following colleges' business econ programs
UCSB
UCSD
UCSC
UCI

Note: 3.66 gpa, A's in most of the core requirements, 1 Drop w/ W, Little to no extracuricular activity other than working multiple jobs in a business.

Over 90% with some approaching 100% if you do TAGs.

i was thinking about applying to UCSB as a back up but i’ll be missing the statistical econ course requirements for the major. is it even worth applying to? will i get in if i’m missing that?
