<p>A 32 is a great score, but (I'm not sure on this) I think that they still will still see that 1700, and the two attempts at the old one, (which isn't at Penn's level) and it could hurt you in admissions, but nothing significant. Test scores are just a part of a whole.</p>
<p>wait, but even if you retook the SAT, they'd still see your poor scores; furthermore, colleges accept the highest score. So, considering that both the ACT and SAT are counted equally, then your ACT score should replace your SAT score. </p>
<p>I'm in the same boat to tell you the truth. I have good SAT II scores, but my SAT I is poor. I think you write down the scores on your application that you want the college to see; write down your SAT II scores and ACT score, but don't write the SAT score. Allegedly, the score report is used as verification; or atleast I think.</p>
