Hey MorganSimone, my day was great! Two APs down, three more to go.

Do you think where we will attend if we don’t get off the waitlist should be added to the master list?

I’ve spent the day studying for Calc BC. A few more hours of cramming and then I’m done. Anyone know how harsh the curve is for a 4 or 5?

And, in the midst of studying, of course my mind has wandered back to contemplating my chances of getting off of the Harvard wait list… it’s almost inevitable.

Hi Reach4thestars, I’m in the same boat. The curve is REALLY nice. In 2003 it was:

Calc BC - 64/108 (5),53 (4),36 (3),26 (2)

That’s right; less than 50% of the points is still a 4!

qiz, where did you get the AP curve info? My kid’s taking 6 AP tests and would probably love to check it out. Thanks.

Wow quizixote that is such a relief! I only need a 4 for the school I’m currently enrolled at. I think I can pull off a 50%… I think. Ok, back to cramming.

Wow this thread is becoming increasingly active…I can’t keep up! I’m writing my last formal update to Harvard tonight (I might submit one last small thing later on, but I need to complete a course first and it might be too late once I’m done with it).

HurtLocker- I was also fortunately/unfortunately waitlisted at Princeton.

Gunther- Nice to meet you! Hope to see you at WashU next year (or mayyyybe Harvard).

congrats hobofishead. Princeton waitlistees went 148/1061 two years ago, which is more than double Harvard’s admit rate! Hope something works out, although WashU is awesome! I’ve never heard a bad word.

I wonder what tricks the BC test will throw at you this year. Last year I was one of the many in the testing room who didn’t even try the last free response.
