Wow, everyone has matriculated at such good schools for the most part. Just waiting for Harvard’s yield article. Hopefully soon.

Another interesting article: [News: The Early Word on Yield - Inside Higher Ed](http://www.insidehighered.com/news/2010/05/06/yield)

Highlights:
Yield at U. Rochester is up about 2%
Yield at Roger Morris University is down about 1%
Yield at Case Western University is steady
Yield at Lafayette College is up 2%

Yup Gunther, 31 people have responded out of the 68 known waitlistees. They are matriculating at:

1 Caltech
2 Columbia
1 Cornell
2 Dartmouth
1 Duke
1 Emory
1 Mcgill
1 Northwestern
1 NYU
1 Oxford
5 Penn
2 Princeton
1 U.C. Berkley
1 UCLA
1 U. Chicago
1 UNC-CH
1 U. Michigan
1 UMD
1 Vanderbilt
2 Wash U
1 William and Mary
2 Yale

I guess this proves Harvard is waitlisting really quality people. Anyone else take Lit this morning?

I’m on the Harvard waitlist too!

Unfortunatley, I was waitlisted at basically all my top universities. Waitlisted at Columbia, Duke, and UPenn as well. Got rejected by seven others.

Luckily, I’m going to Middlebury which is really great…except that it’s Vermont, which I’m not the biggest fan of.

I think I make it 3 headed for Dartmouth but hoping for Harvard.

Yes you do! The list is updated!

Last year there didn’t seem to be many calls until May 18th or so. And only a few CC people.

A lot depends on yield. If yield is up, they’ll be moving slowly. If it’s down, they’ll want to move quicker. Otherwise, they may lose people they want – we know at least one person on the list already got a call from Princeton.

I picked Notre Dame.

I’m headed to JHU if I don’t get off.

Just got my Wash U tshirt, keychain, and car sticker. It’s weird being committed and happy but wanting something more. I feel like I’m cheating on a girlfriend.

Yale has gone to their wait list. A list of all of the schools is on that forum.

one more for UChicago

Hurray tracyxxx, the other one is me! Everything is updated!

Since the going is slow, here is an updated list!

Welcome! I’m putting college of matriculation in brackets. Feel free to state your own and I’ll add it.

If your name is in bold PLEASE come out and say hi so we can confirm that you are remaining on the waitlist! Thanks!

Updated with wonderful lurkers. More people should come out and join us! (93 people so far; 69 for sure-24 unknown)
