<p>Very impressive, quizixite. Yield was 76% and they’re accepting 65-75 kids off the waitlist.</p>
<p>Tharp: There has been a Crimson article and a Harvard Gazette article discussing yield. The general info is that 65-75 will be accepted off the waitlist and that 1604 have accepted a spot out of the 2110 offered admission. Also, that 1604 number could change due to deferrals, late responses… and the target class size is 1667.</p>

<p>My opinion, Bell, is that this is a great sign. I don’t think an admission rep would call your GC unless you’re on the top of their pile. I predict first round with you as long as your recent grades were good and all that.</p>

<p>That is not what USNAgolden2014 meant. Just not sure if the truth is being told. But s/he is making a good point about fit. Fit > Prestige any day. But I seriously think I have just as much fit with Harvard as at Wash U.</p>

<p>a few weeks ago i received a note from the woman who interviewed me, who i think is also on the admissions committee, not exactly REQUESTING more information but telling me if i had anything additional, i should send it to her.</p>

<p>Did you send in some additional info? Your interviewer may have wanted you off of the waitlist but wanted to make sure you sent in more information to make it possible.</p>

It seems a cruel hoax…after 5PM…The first person to hear about WL status is a person that never joined CC until today, never posted until today, and when he/she finds out the first thing s/he does is sign up and post here…Doesnt smell right.</p>
