<p>I’m planning on studying Computer Science… Let’s just hope that I got into SCS, which is highly unlikely… I applied to SCS and CIT (Carnegie Institute of Technology) for ECE. </p>

<p>They admit by college/department at CMU. You have to select your primary and secondary choice. Absolute geniuses get into SCS. I really don’t think I made the cut. But let’s see. If SCS, then obviously nothing else. If CIT, then I’d probably have to look at my other options too, since, well, paying $41,000 for tuition alone per year is no joke.</p>

<p>Well for the US I only have UIUC and Caltech currently. Im still waiting on Cornell, Mellon, Princeton and UMich. From the UK I got into Imperial and Cambridge. Really hoping for Princeton though…</p>
