Rejected: Yale NUS, Macaulay City College
Waiting on 8 Ivy, Nyu … probably rejection from all

Rejections: None so far (my streak will be over very soon lol)
Waiting on: Cornell, Columbia, UPenn, Wellesley, Barnard, Smith, and Colby
Plus I have a friend who had a score of 1800. He was recently accepted to Cornell. It’s not all about stats.
@Ceedub Wow! Congrats to your friend and your acceptance to Duke! BTW Is Duke the school you will most likely attend?
I don’t know how to tag people on here lol. But so far yes. It really depends on the financial aid. I’m praying for Duke to come through for me. Also, don’t lose hope for the Ivies. I didn’t even expect to get accepted to Duke. It was like a lottery. So you never know

@darkhound173 I honestly believe my essays and my courses were the best parts of my application. For my essay, I talked about my objectives and background. I was pretty stern and concise with my essay. I made it seem like I knew what I wanted to do and how I planned on doing it. Also I am an IB Diploma Candidate so I am assuming my rigorous schedule seemed attractive.
SAT: 1810 and IB
Accepted: Rutgers, Northeastern, Penn State, Syracuse
Rejected: Boston University
Still waiting on 8 colleges so who knows what could happen

Honestly Im so glad I found this thread cause with my terrible SAT score I dunno how I got into some of these places.
