WARNING: CONTAINS SPOILERS

I love Batman! Gosh, I cried three times during the Dark Knight Rises. Freaking Alfred he's so awesome. When Batman took the bomb over the ocean I thought he actually died because the bat didn't have autopilot. During that scene I was just like FOX WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST PUT AUTOPILOT ON IT :,(. But then when I saw he was alive in the end I was like phew I guess Bruce did install autopilot. Also I'm so happy that Joseph Gordon-Levitt was in this movie.

I want to watch it again!

I’ll probably watch it online or something when I can. Don’t want to die @ movie theater :(

^ are you homeschooled too? wouldn’t want to die @ school =(

^ No, I’m not. I’m just saying that I don’t want to be involved in a repeat of the Colorado shooting incident.

^ I hope you’re not serious…

^But you still go to school. You could be involved in a repeat of the Columbine High School Massacre!!! :O

^ Hopefully not. But there’s no way I can get around going to school (homeschooling doesn’t count). Plus it’s still summer, so no school for another 3 weeks.

^ Are you referring to me? Did you actually think I was serious about that? Sure, I don’t want to be shot @ a movie theater, but that’s not the reason I didn’t see the movie. I simply have no interest in Batman.

^ then why post in an “I watched the Dark Knight Rises” thread??

…

Because what I said was relevant to the movie, even if I didn’t watch it. Not everything has to be completely on topic :)

Jesse elf5evr you iz sassy

It was a good movie and worth the ticket price but The Dark Knight was better. Batman didn’t get enough screen time, the fist fights between Bane and Batman were anticlimatic. I wanted to see some cool fights but nope, just more punching and dodging.

I don’t see how it was anticlimactic. By that logic, The Dark Knight was FAR more anticlimactic. Like the Joker said, “You didn’t think I’d risk the battle for Gotham’s soul in a fistfight with you?” It’s so anticlimactic, Nolan even addresses it as such.

Fist fights between Batman and Bane were inevitable. He’s the first Nolan trilogy villain with the physical presence to defeat Batman.

Wrote this on one of the other threads. I will be seeing it again this Friday, but I loved it. It concluded the trilogy in a great way. (Now they should make a Nightwing movie of some sort, probably never gonna happen though haha)
