The importance of high school GPA

<p>what if you just slept through all classes during high school and had a perfect 2400 on the SAT, 800/800/800 in SAT IIs?</p>

<p>What if you show us one of these people first?</p>

<p>Seriously though, that person would exemplify academic immaturity that most likely would be recognized by selective schools’ admissions and promptly rejected. The lazy SAT freak would be a fine experiment for the publics. The ultra selectives won’t risk offering admission to him/her.</p>

<p>Yes. So the guy who took all regular classes with 4.0 would trump over the guy who took all APs and got 3.5. It definitely shows how well you did.</p>

<p>Usually rank is based on weighted GPA.</p>
