I really need help choosing schools. My current plans are to study economics or enviromental science but they could definitely change.

BU: Admitted to College of General Studies. BU seems like a very nice school but i am not to fond of CGS and its student body. I belive that i can opt out of the CGS science courses and take regualr arts and sciences science.

Northeastern: (Arts and Sciences) The co-op program is very apealing and the enviromental geology program seems good. Also the Economics proffesor I talked to told me about a dual major of econ and enviromental science that should be offered by next year. But the thing with northeastern is the student body didnt seem very apealing when I visited.

UVM: (Arts and sciences) UVM seems like a really nice school that is very up and coming. The student body and burlington are both very big positives. But i am scared that the actual education isnt as strong as bu or neu's.

SUNY Geneseo: Was guarnteeed a spot in either spring or fall of 2007. Geneseo seems like a very strong school academiclly but its small size and student body are major turnoffs.

Cornell: (Guarnteed Transfer to CALS) I am only mentioningn this because if i attend BU then becuse of CGS i couldnt fufill the guarnteed transfer course reguirments if i wanted to use it.

Any help or advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated because may 1st is fast approaching as many of you know.
