nemo, I agree with you on spanish instead of french. but Dutch ? who speaks dutch nowadays ? Even if you added the flemish from netherlands and belgium and even the afrikaans, I imagine it would be less than the population of Mumbai !
Also, french and spanish are very similar in their structure, grammar and vocabulary. Your location should be of great help to learn french though. I guess, you just do not feel like learning it
