<p>Initially I wasn't going to send my 9th & 10th transcripts since I had lost them, and my school didn't have any past records. Today morning I discovered them in my store room, and unsuprsingly, they are horrible; all 40s-50s.</p>
<p>So I don't know exactly what to do... should I send them or not. What are you people doing? My ICSE marksheet is relatively neat; 60s-70s and even some 80s. I am afraid these trascripts will hurt my chances.... any advice or inputs?</p>
<p>as far as i went through different colleges sites regarding the application process and everything.. the marks matters a lot... they take them into consideration... i guess they r gonna hurt ur admission thing... is there anyway you can ask your school to make a fake marksheet for class IXth for you?</p>
<p>I would suggest not sending them, ask your school to put your official X grades(ICSE) in the transcipt, there's no need of grade IX marks.</p>
<p>Ya unis dont require IX from us..........just require X n XII(if available) marksheets......IF U HAV NOT COMPELTED XII then they will require ur half yearly/terms marksheet(s)...</p>

<p>9th is not so much necessary. 10th(Board) and 11th are crucial. If you can provide them with 12th - then its good.</p>

<p>You HAVE to provide 10th and 11th Grades. Also 12th if you have them. Some colleges also want 9th grade.</p>

I HOPE that NO college require that coz my 11th grades r killers to me....:D...but 9th grades will b a HUGE advantage to me........:p....</p>

Btw,how on earth u know that u were in top 5% in science in 2004(i.e.,in 10th boards??)...if thats so,then wat will b my position all over India in science with 96%(class Xth)??I hav seen only 3 persons till date with 97%...hehe..I dont know how I got that much....lol.....</p>
