I’ve been up for hours. I go for a mammogram at 9.

OMG, my sleep app said I was a sleep for 9 hours, 44 minutes.

Moderna. Still feel pretty rough, as body aching has kicked in as well. But hopefully will improve by the end of the day.

I’m fine. Hoping the Moderna side effects go away soon.

I saw the trailer for Still Up and thought of this thread.

It’s 4:20. Where is everyone?

Here! I got my Covid booster yesterday and woke up with chills. But I try not to take meds until my fever is 101. I have a full slate of sports-watching today and I’ll be mad if I’m too tired to cheer.

Here! Long, fun day coming up today, so of course I could not fall asleep until after 2am and am wide awake again at 5:30am. It’s like being an excited school-aged child! I’ll feel awful later, but can’t get my brain to turn off and cooperate.

I actually slept okay last night, first time in weeks. But WHY did I wake up at 5:30 am this morning “hearing” Piano Concerto No. 1 from Emerson, Lake, & Palmer’s 1977 Works album???

I had to pull it up on Spotify and listen to it. I always loved that piece but have neither heard it nor thought about it in many many years.

The human brain is a mystery, and my DH finds mine particularly mystifying.

I woke up briefly at 2 ish but went back to sleep. BUT, my DH’s alarm went off at 5:30!!! Ugh! Went back to sleep , but…. cue the weird stress dreams. Ack.

My COVID vaccine at 3pm two days ago kept me up all night. Literally not sleepy at all.

Anyone else struggling with the time change? It’s like coming back from a trip to Europe. Can’t stay awake at night til a normal bedtime, then awake at night. Ugh.

I have also learned that if I go to bed too early, I have a harder time making it through the night. If I sit and watch tv, I’m down. I’m trying to find active “chores” from 9-10pm (or later) so I can then go to bed later.

Argh.

Colonoscopy prep… yee ha. (I will say that I prefer this method to others - SUTAB pills and lots of water… no yukky bottle of solution to drink)

Been up for an hour.

The time change has me messed up, too. Went to sleep at 1 am, woke up at 5am. Never got back to sleep so today will be a slog.

My clock went back an hour Thursday when I flew from Maine to Texas, then another hour this weekend. Feels like a double whammy.
