Anyone familiar or have experience with this program?
There is also a summer program for high school students which might be a good way to check it out.
The program is great for anyone interested in a governmental affairs or legal careers, specifically if they are interested in cybersecurity or are interested in potential work with the FBI, CIA, NSA, etc.
Students in the program come from all majors, but some of the more popular are public policy leadership, political science, forensic chemistry, computer science, electrical engineering, international studies, criminal justice and psychology. It’s very interdisciplinary and easy to add on since it is a minor. The student’s degree would be in something like computer science with a minor in intelligence & security studies.

@collegeguider , Is this something that a prospective student can apply for admission to, or do you need to be matriculated first before applying to the program?
Thanks!
@dragon90 It is actually a program that students have to enroll at the university to take advantage of. They take the intro to intelligence studies class first. Then, they apply for admission into the program. So, a student would have to choose to enroll here before they could enter into the CISS.
Thanks @collegeguider ! And thanks @dragonmom3 for letting me hijack your thread…
