@momofmusician17 How many AP classes did your son take? As many as the OP? Did he take all the same ones incl. AP Calc BC? What does he major in in college? STEM? Engineering majors regularly pull all-nighters.
Regardless, clearly the OP didn’t get the memo. He actually thought getting good grades and good ECs is what it takes to get you into an elite school. Silly him! Should’ve partied his way through high school, would’ve given him better people skills, which is much more important for elite schools as we are told by some here.
