the johnson scholarships

I'm looking for good schools who give merit aid and found Washington & Lee and their Johnson scholarships. I looked on the website but I can't find how much money it actually gives. I like Washington & Lee, but I don't think it would be worth applying if I didn't have much chance for merit aid since I have other schools on my list I would rather attend.

The Johnson Scholarships have several different award levels, with the highest being full cost of attendance.

you must visit and interview. see if the school is a good fit. it isn't for everyone.

for the right kid, this is an awesome school. where else could you get a small class size and be taught by PhDs from America's elite institutitons and not TAs?

i think you'd find the money aid quite good at WnL. but school fit should be a primary consideration.

good luck

musictoad's advice in post#3 above is excellent advice, in my opinion.
