So we added Saint Joseph’s University in Philly. Non-audition BA Theatre and Film major with Musical Theatre track. We are now at 20 schools that have been applied to or approached in some way. Waiting to hear from Montclair BFA (accepted academically) and Muhlenberg. Still have auditions at Fairleigh Dickinson and Rowan. Auditioning by Acceptd for Emory & Henry. Accepted at Clarion to audition for BFA freshman year. 20 schools. Never thought it would go like this.

Yes, @theatermom2, she was accepted to Elon’s BFA MT program. I shared this info because some were unsure about whether girls were getting offers today. Also, to show how there are others out there who have just received a first offer. A talented, confident, prepared student who has applied to many programs. We are thrilled for her and hoping everyone waiting gets good news soon. It’s a long haul and I guess it’s just the name of the game in this business. Sending good wishes!!

Hey all- I know I saw the list of members that had kids at certain schools (who were willing to answer questions about said schools) recently on one of the threads, but can’t find it now- looking for the link or someone who has info on Temple’s BA for a friend. Thanks!

Congrats @HappyDancer98 Elon is a wonderful MT program!
@theaterwork , it appears 14 offers went out to boys and 12 to girls, and then they usually go with whatever that yields. I think last year it was 24-25 offers, with a final class of 7 girls and 11 boys. Another girl was added Spring semester, so MT2019 is now a class of 19.
