<p>The Algorithm document containing information regarding SLO’s admission procedure apparently has been deleted by the website. If anyone made a copy, please post it. </p>

<p>In the meantime, this other document, more or less, explains the complex point system they use. I will ask CC admis that it be pinned to the top of this forum.</p>

<p>@MLM - Thanks for posting. What a bummer that I never thought to make a copy. Hopefully, someone else did and can share. If not, I did write down CP’s method for calculating the MCA score (for freshmen only) and will provide it if anyone is interested. </p>

<p>Hey there! So I did a little more research on that article and hunted around for more information. Sure enough that information is old and outdated. Thought you guys might want to know. </p>

<p>@aborgie - they had an updated version online, but it was deleted from SLO’s website. The above document posted is a few years old, however the content and explanation of the point system used is quite similar. It is important for applicants to understand how selection is made (and that it isn’t just based on GPA/test scores within majors). </p>
