Hi there–have been lurking on here for a while without posting. Much to my shock, DS got a FedEx letter from Andover this morning though it did not arrive until about 10:45.

@UlButton NMH sent out emails with portal a while ago. That’s where you check status of application, complete, missing things, etc. The title of email was “N… M… H… : Confirm your email” sent in December.
A week ago they sent " N… M… H… : Your Account Reminder"
It was sent to PARENT’s emails.
