I'm not a fan either, but I did read the books. How did you manage not to read them? They were pushed at me from all sides so that is was impossible to dodge them. ;-)

^ Skimmed through books 1-5 after peer-pressure became too strong to bare.

Omg I love the HP books! haha. Although Im not a big fan of the movies, I only see them because its interesting to see how the books are adapted to the screen.

^ Same here. I actually think that the movies got a lot better. The first and second were too close to the book.

Ah, my life is now complete now that I know what a muggle is. You leanr something new every day...

25 days. Eeepers.

Oh man this thread is just the best, haha.
I don't support a Muggle movement! I actually have an Emma Watson poster (wow) in my room because I used to have a stupid crush on her in middle school (come on guys, who can resist smart and beautiful?)

25 days... that's hard to believe. I truly think some of you from this thread will get into Yale (coughINDIARUBBERendcough) and you definitely all deserve it.

Harry Potter is the bomb! When I was 11 or 12 I would sort myself every day, no joke, and I would always either get Ravenclaw or Hufflepuff. I don't think it gets any cooler than that.

Haha for the last movie opening... a few of my friends and I dressed up for the 12:00 showing... haha we got a lot of stares from the concessions people at the theatre.

just watched HP 4....solid flick!!!!!!!

my friends and i are going to have an HP marathon the opening night....watchin 1-5 and then 6 at midnight!!! funfunfun

ChandlerBing... we could have had a future together. A poster? Why, ChandlerBing? Why?

24 days 6 hours and 38 mins

24 Days 6 Hours 24 Minutes & 32 Seconds

...just in case of the minuscule possibility that anyone had lost track of how much longer we have to endure this ridiculous wait over which everyone is obsessing ;-) :)

Didn't the Yale admissions page used to say release at 5 pm? Now it just says "evening of ..." aaarrgh

MWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA
i knew it!!

sev1991: There is no way in h-e-double hockey sticks I forgot how many days there were left!!!!

No... Yale wouldn't do that to me! Actually, yes they would. My bad. If they can reject me, they can surely make me wait indefinitely for it...

IndiaRubber, it's not as if I put it there recently, it's just been there for a while and I don't exactly mind it too much :P
And stop being so Canadian, hahaha. (Hope you get the joke).

According to my buddy UrbanDictionary here, you are referring to me as beer, best served chilled and/or magnifying my African heritage.

I'm not entirely sure how to respond.

I can't understand how you post a counter down to the second. Because by the time you write/post it, the counter is wrong. Doesn't that bug you? (Or is the whole world not OCD?)

Actually, Butternut, I added on twenty seconds to the time it actually was when I looked at it. :)

It does bug me :)

hmm, and I used 'actually' twice in the same sentence. Terrible, is it not? :)

Ahahaha, glad I'm not the only crazy person here. :p Yes, using "actually" twice is terrible. But you made up for it in the phrasing of the question, so everything's okay. :)

Butternut: I'm exactly the same way. That's why I abhor counters like that because
A) abhor is an AMAZING word (admit it)
and B) they're always wrong once you try to say exactly how much time is left!

IndiaRubber,
I was referring to when we were contemplating marriage and collegehopefull was talking smack about Canadians, ergo prompting me to call you a Canadian.
I have no idea what that has to do with beer and/or your African heritage.
Yours truly,
ChandlerBing
