What's the meaning of life? Let's have a debate.

the meaning of life is to be able to die

jk
the real meaning of life is to be happy and make other happy

what religion are you?

I agree, the meaning of life is to enjoy yourself and make others happy as well. I am not very inclined towards organized religion, I think it is all corrupt. I am not that concerned with religious studies or worship either. Time can be better spent than sitting hours in church or praying or living in abstinence in some monastery. We were put on this Earth so we could enjoy life, worry about the rest as it comes (after you die).

why do you think religion is corrupt?

what???? def not, it's to be as selfish as possible, it's a competition mind u... HAHA I'm beating u all in posts... goes and cries in corner actually, this is a pretty pointless question, it's all relative to ur system of beliefs

the meaning of life is too.....contribute something good to this world we live in....i guess...

What? What if you are a person who loves doing something like cooking but you suck at it, but you are also a super genius and can cure cancer. However, you don't like science and you don't want to cure cancer, so you instead become a sucky chef but nevertheless enjoy your work. You're not contributing something too great to the world, but you are enjoying yourself. I agree with the first few posters.

The meaning of life is to be able to go to sleep each night exhausted because you've just spent your entire day doing what you love most and fulfilling your passions. Seriously. Stuff like robbing people are not passions.

In a scientific pragmatic view, the meaning of life is to explore the mysteries that life has proposed. A similarly self-obsessed view would say that the universe exists so that we can seek to understand it. Yeah, it sounds dumb but it's kinda an interesting proposal.

The meaning of life is to serve and praise God.

the meaning of life is to serve society

I thought it was 42. > <

Well Zogoto, I didn't mean it the way you took it. I basically meant, and should have posted instead, that the meaning of life is to contribute something good to society but doing what brings you joy and happiness at the same time. Or maybe that should be the goal of life...

Meaning of life is to chillax. Well at least thats what its for me.

i agree with paris23, doing what you enjoy and going to bed tired. not because you don't mind being tired, but b/c you just friggin enjoy life or what u do everyday.

Wait, sandwraith, I thought the scientific point of view states that the purpose of life is to procreate?

crayon is right...the meaning of life is

42

fourty-two!

it says a lot!

well, cannednish, i SUPPOSE that is technically right too.... So then, two meanings of life? Woaaaah, that's deep.
