Dillardās has some womenās size 13 shoes. I googled women size 13 shoe and some by J. Renee came up. David Tate looks like another brand that makes nice size 13 shoes (places like Walking Company, Zappoās, DSW have shoes in size 13 -comfortable looking sandals as well as dressier shoes). Good luck!

Thank you all. I have a lot of experience tracking down womenās size 13 shoes. But for the wedding I may just go with what I have since I know they fit well, are comfortable all day and night, and look ok with a good pedicure! I am going to Israel for 2.5 weeks in April and will get a pedicure before I go. I can take photos of my feet in my black crock slides and Orthofeet sandals and post them!

FDIL is having her bridesmaids in burgundy. Donāt know what her mom will wear, but as FDIL has said, thereās a war going on, so they are not inclined to go over the top. Sheās also anticipating that one or two of her bridesmaids will be expecting. S2 also made noises about me wearing one of the Ukrainians scarves they brought me, but none of them match with burgundy. I also have to be able to schlep whatever I wear for the wedding in a suitcase for two weeks before the event.
Alas, the pickings in plus sizes are pretty disappointing. Wearing navy would give me more options.
Is she asking you specifically to wear burgundy? Usually, it seems like the mothers donāt wear the same color as the bridesmaids. Navy is a great color for a fall wedding. What colors are in the scarves?

Agree that navy is a nice and pretty neutral color. Iād choose a fabric that doesnāt wrinkle. Jerseys, velour, etc.

@sevmom, She seems to want us all to wear burgundy. Have not been able to get anything pinned down from her yet; Iām sure part of that is an issue of what they can find in the stores that are open (making a trip to Kyiv is a non-trivial expedition). The scarves are in various colors and are cotton with long fringe.
Iām giving serious consideration to finding a floral dress (office-level dressy) that has burgundy in it and calling it a day. I wore a knee-length navy dress to S1ās wedding ten years ago and loved it. Donāt think Iād be able to fit into it now, and I donāt want to wear the same dress to both sonsā weddings. Mainly, though, I want to respect Sās and FDILās intent to have a low-key event and not embarrass others by being over the top. If FDILās mom shows up in sequins, thatās fine ā she deserves happiness on her daughterās wedding day, and heaven knows they could all use some joy about now.

It did sound like a floral that includes burgandy could work. Iāve seen lots of burgandy dresses on amazon at reasonable prices and a range of sizes.

@countingdown, did you see the dress I got from Macyās? Itās a floral print. I am usually a 1x or 2x and it fit me perfectly. Its size 18W.

I think your S and future DILās wedding is so, so special and meaningful given their story and choosing the location for the event - an area where there is so much disruption and turmoil but where love grew.
Not to diminish the details like clothing but there is just to me so much joy in this occasion that everything else sort of takes back seat to their story and choices. And if you all stood there in paper sacks, together, the day would not be any less meaningful!
Iām sure this group would be happy to do some searching for you with parameters of color, print, size, $$$. Are you open to ordering online?
If people in the photos have big genuine smiles on their faces, that is the perfect picture. A perfect dress does not make a perfect picture or event!

Dillardās also has that shoe in size 13 as well as others by that brand (in case there is a Dillardās nearby). I ordered a few dresses online from Dillardās last year and ordering with them went fine(as did my couple returns). Online ordering from Nordstrom, Macyās and Saks also went fine.
My hesitancy with ordering with places like JJās House and Light in the Box related mostly to shipping and returns, and also not knowing much about their companies. Glad to hear @ChoatieMom has had good experiences with JJās House.
