Colleges on the mainland combine Asian & Pac Islander, hence:
24.9% White
56.9% Asian + Pac Islander

How much do you want to bet almost all the “Multiracials” are combinations of White/ Asian/ Pac Islander? Therefore that leaves:
3.6% Hispanic + Black + Na American
