The Most Expensive Zip Codes

From number 5, but the list is pretty worthless. The town is less than 2000 people, and there aren't that many houses that get sold. Several $5 million+ houses get sold and the data gets badly skewed. Zip codes also don't always line up with town boundaries, so small towns get combined with large ones like with number 18, which is Belvedere Tiburon. Belvedere is a seperate town with only a few hundred people, and maybe 1 or 2 houses each month get sold for 5-8 million dollars each, but it gets combined with Tiburon because they share the same zip code, even though they aren't the same town.
