but i do agree with whomever said that if you're under 30 you shouldn't want to live in scarsdale or greenwich -- it's all about the cities! (and come on, briarcliff manor is not as nice as the other places on your list... if you're dreaming of scarsdale, then at least put places like purchase on top of bcm!!)</p>

<p>From number 5, but the list is pretty worthless. The town is less than 2000 people, and there aren't that many houses that get sold. Several $5 million+ houses get sold and the data gets badly skewed. Zip codes also don't always line up with town boundaries, so small towns get combined with large ones like with number 18, which is Belvedere Tiburon. Belvedere is a seperate town with only a few hundred people, and maybe 1 or 2 houses each month get sold for 5-8 million dollars each, but it gets combined with Tiburon because they share the same zip code, even though they aren't the same town.</p>

<p>^^ My township is the opposite. We're part of the same town, but we have different zip codes, which is why our part of the town made the list and the other didn't.</p>

<p>Ooh, someone in NYC like me!! haha, I'm from 255, but the list is really inaccurate. It doesn't include co-op sales - only condos and homes. 255 is on the upper east side and some of the co-ops that sell weekly are $20mil apartments. yay manhattan though.</p>
