<p>I mentioned about astral projection because by practicing it you can experience your spirit (astral body) without your physical body/world. But projecting too frequently in astral world is not good for your karma as you chose physical body for certain purpose and experience. Please don’t be arrogant because one day you’ll experience your astral body too because death (of body) is inevitable. Then you’ll know what is universal truth or false. :p</p>
