<p>I got a post card in the mail today saying that my outstanding academic achievement has qualified me for membership in The National Society of High School Scholars. The website for the program is really slow, so I was wondering if anyone knew about this program. Thanks!</p>

<p>Ahah me too. I'm pretty sure it's a scam just like the National Honor Roll and that other one.</p>

<p>It is just another moneymaking thing (I seem to recall you have to pay $40 to join it). Meaningless on college apps etc.</p>

<p>I think these things come mostly from the CollegeBoard Student Search.....when one gives SAT (maybe also Psat too)</p>

<p>Yea, I got this and Who's Who, but didn't bother to put any on my college apps.</p>
