the new facebook change

who else is looking at the new facebook features. So, now each college network got its own hub which every one and every thing are in it. It could get rather interesting. Is coldplay the # 1 music in every network?

Nope, at FSU it's #3... Jack Johnson is #1

There's one thing that irks me about this new Facebook. Log on, go to your own profile, and look under your main picture. It says "You are online now" and has the computer w/ stars around it. Really? I didn't know I was online, thanks for letting me know!

its to see if other people online...

It doesn't say that for me. I have that disabled. Maybe if it bugs you so much you should disable it also.

metfan...i understand if i go to someone else's profile and it says their online. but why do they have to inform me that i'm online? it doesnt really bug me...just found it funny amongst all the other BS going on today

Other than the network stats I don't really care for the change.

i think it's just part of the global script...they can't be bothered to make a script (yet) that says not to show the online status on a profile if it's your own.

i'm pretty apathetic to the new changes, other than that the networks page seems like a pretty good idea. but people are really over reacting to the new design changes, and even the minifeed before. if people really cared so much about the minifeed, far more people would have deactivated most of the settings.

Facebook is getting to be lame now; it's becoming like MySpace with every change. Just yesterday a freshman high schooler friended me. W T F.

^ that is probably one of my biggest gripes with Facebook, that they opened it up to everyone. i guess money talks though :/

The script for those pages are basically the same, the only thing that's changed is that you can edit pages that your own, and can delete posts off your wall. That's why it says you're online and stuff, they don't change it cause it's not a huge deal, and while can't be that hard to change, there's no reason to.

The day when it becomes customary for business people to exchange Facebook profiles is the day I get rid of my account. Sorry if that sounds too hipster-ish.

At first I hated it, but then I realized I'm still going to use it no matter what, so I'll just deal with it. I didn't like the old changes when they happened either, but now I don't really care.

the new facebook is not good i preffer the old ne. |In this one is really difficult to find pictures and freinds

for me the old one was better, it was easier to find things

It is really not good

actually I sort of like it. The new fonts and such look pretty cool, and I really like that you can look at all the network stats.

People who say that it's hard to find things, give it like a week. The new facebook layout is easy to navigate if you give it some time.

^second that, i think it actually becomes easier to search things.

I liked the old facebook better. I dont understand why they changed it
