<p>I am very interested in the New School and want to go into music production or modern preformance. Is the new school a good choice? if not is the city college of new york a better one?</p>
<p>We had visited Eugene Lang, part of the New School & our impressions were very little financial aid, housing available only the first year. The New School seems to be a consortium of other schools, now all organized under the New School! </p>
<p>If you have your heart set on going to school in NYC area, I am sure there are other schools that may have more housing & more financial aid available & may be better choices. Maybe a few others here on CC will make some suggestions!</p>
