Im probably missing some key information above so just ask for what i have not provided if ya need it, sorry

tbcg - I don’t normally chance people unless I have a strong feeling about it, but you’re from Seattle so I’ll chime in  Chances always depend on what college/major you’re applying to, but assuming it’s not film or engineering, I’d say the school is a reasonable match for you. Grades are great, test scores are slightly above USC’s average (2100 or so), and you look like a well-rounded kid. Get great recommendations and work hard on your essays.

Just to add a reality check, though, I’m not totally convinced that USC understands the Seattle education scene, based on results for kids from a couple of terrific prep schools whose names you would recognize. I know a Seattle girl who was denied last year with your same GPA, great leadership, and test scores just above 2000 SAT (30 ACT). I was shocked - had thought she might even be invited for scholarship interviews. Several very smart kids from my son’s class the year before were denied or admitted for Spring; some of those spring admits ended up choosing other great schools like Emory or WUSTL. So, it’s hard to predict with any certainty. Definitely worth applying though, so good luck.

Shankada - I know you’re not getting a lot of responses to your chances query, so I’ll just say this. Your ACT score is very low for USC, so I hope you can bring that up to match the rest of your fine profile.
