The next shot across the bow in the salary wars . . .

<p>I'm working with a senior attorney with a prominent firm whom I have known for years. I worked with him in the early 90s when he left the government to go to a large firm. He left that firm because of the slowdown in private equity work. Two firms later, he has re-joined that firm and was doing private equity work again. He has gone full circle - at the same firm facing a slow down in private equity work. He wants to go in house, but I'm having a hard time getting him interviews because he has moved around too much -chasing the work.</p>
