^Jealous much? The Pats could have easily lost to the Colts last week if Manning hadn’t thrown an interception because they were well within field goal range.
Jets work well under pressure, hence the insane comeback against the Lions, the overtime pull-through over the Browns, and yesterday’s game.

We’ll see come Week 13…we’re already winning the series 1-0 anyways, so I expect a 2-0 series sweep for sure.

Colts’ loss was disappointing. Peyton did blow the game; I would have much rather have had him completely overthrow the ball out of bounds. That DB made one heck of a play picking that ball off though-otherwise I’m sure Garcon would have hauled it in. Peyton played fairly well, but he seemed to not be on the same page as some of these newer receivers. The injuries are piling up, and affecting him, so I’m hoping they can finally get healthy and piece everything together.

^^Jealous of what, exactly? The Jets have only been in the Super Bowl once in their 50 year history. Nothing to be jealous of.

The Pats were beating the Colts the entire game. The Colts not being able to score 17 points in a row isn’t luck. Beating crappy teams like the Browns, Lions, and Texans (who have a combined nine wins over the first eleven games of the season) on the last play of the game three weeks in a row is lucky. The Jets are an above average team at best.

That’s the past, this is the present. Who cares about history? It’s all about the NOW brah. All these Panthers fans in Charlotte keep telling me the same thing, but the fact is their team is the worst in the league.

All I’m saying is that the Colts could have easily tied the game, so y’all got lucky that you didn’t have to go into OT. Yeah we played some sub-par teams, but the fact that we prevailed at the end means something.

I know this is the present, which is why I asked why a Patriots fan should be jealous of the Jets. The Patriots have the best franchise by far right now, with three Super Bowl rings over the past decade. I have no reason to be jealous of the Jets.

Like I said before, the Patriots win wasn’t luck. The Pats were clearly better than the Colts the whole game up until the last eight minutes when the Colts scored two touchdowns within three minutes of each other. The young Patriots secondary finally dug in and made a play on Manning’s final drive. How is that luck? If anything, the Colts were lucky enough for the game to be that close with the way that the first 52 minutes were played.

Lol, oh right. I’m glad the Jets can take solace in knowing that they are able to hang tough with the basement dwellers of the NFL.

The Patriots are a “bend don’t break defense” they specialize in making big plays in big spots not giving up huge plays and keeping the point levels manageable. I agree the pats do need to play 4 quarters of solid defense but to win over the Steelers and Indy in (and to more or less dominate the first three quarters of both games) is an impressive feat. Certainly more impressive than what the Jets have done over the past 2 weeks.

Patriots are pros at getting comfortable with big leads…17 points vs. SD in the 4th, 23 vs. Pit, and now Indy. I expect them to lose a game pulling that **** eventually.

Also, the Jets are still the luckiest team in the NFL.

If you exclude the 4th quarter though, the Patriots showed that they are the best team in the NFL. Total dominance of the Colts, once again, except that 4th quarter. Once they stop pulling this prevent-defense/lax **** in the 4th, they will be officially the team to beat. Also, I’m very glad that this year’s edition of Colts/Pats wasn’t in Indy like the past 3 years…Indy piped in crowd noise into the RCA Dome for years, and I’m sure they are pulling it off in big games now at Lucas Oil…that, and Dungy was always a scumbag coach who generally “did what he had to in order to win”.

Yeah its “Luck”…please. If you watched that last drive of the Jets…Sanchez was ridiculously accurate, I mean hes shown how well he does under pressure the past few weeks now. the other teams are “LUCKY” that Nick Folk has missed enough field goals. and Houston was “lucky” that shonne green fumbled it. Its funny how the Jets arent even playing the best they can play and yet they are winning.
THE RECORD SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. 8-2 If you wanna hate on that, by all means…whatever. But its tied for the best record of the season so yeah.

CANT WAIT FOR WEEK 13 MATCH AGAINST THE PATS HELL YEA!
By the way even tho I despise them, I have to admit the Pats are a great football team and it should be a great game.

I see the Jets winning this week and against the Patriots. But, I believe they will crumble against the Dolphins, Steelers, and Bears to make for an interesting week 17.

The dolphins are going downhill. I think we will win against the bengals, dolphins, and bills. The remaining games are Pats, Bears, Steelers…I think we go 2-1 in those games…so maybe 13-3 season? haha idk im hoping for the best we’ll see. I like the Jets being the underdogs in peoples minds though. Im really curious to see how the NFC plays out…im thinking eagles, falcons or packers will make it to the superbowl.

I’m disappointed by the Bengals. Their team looks terrific on paper but they never play well on the field. Everyone used to praise Carlson Palmer but is he really that good? I dunno. I’m an Eagles fan so I don’t follow the Bengals in detail. =p

Sanchez is good but isn’t he still young? What 3rd year in the NFL? I think the Jets will make it to the playoffs but I don’t think they’ll make it to the superbowl.

I like this year’s season. There are no superpowered, undefeated teams. Many teams are actual Superbowl contenders. ^__^

The Eagles are undefeated with Mike Vick starting at QB. :P

I hope the Eagles win the Super Bowl if the Pats don’t. Vick is my favorite player in the league.

The Chargers definitely have a really good chance of winning the Super Bowl. They have the best ranked offense – with the best ranked passing game and an above average running game. They are ranked 1st in defense too – 1st in passing defense and 3rd in rushing defense. If they clean up their special teams play and stop making stupid mistakes, they’ll be a force to be reckoned with. Philip Rivers will even have a full WR corps this week for the first time all year – with Vincent Jackson, Malcolm Floyd, and Legedu Naanee coming back from suspensions and injuries. Chargers aren’t too good on the road though, and they’ll be playing at least 2 out of their 3 playoff games on the road. And no, I’m not worried about the Chiefs or Raiders winning the AFC West.

Can’t wait for the Giants-Eagles rematch. Hopefully the Giants will have a healthy o-line and receiving corps by then. The winner of this matchup plays in the superbowl.
